How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our Texas warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that clearance items and accessories are final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Prickly Pear TX ships exclusively within the United States and Canada. We are looking to expand to more international destinations in the near future.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. Since we curate items from various designers, we also include 'Fit Notes' in the description to tell you if an item runs small, large, or true to size.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay installments.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. You may request a change or cancellation within 1 hour of placement by contacting our support team, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered fulfillment.
